ACTIVITIES BESIDES SPORTS

My workout and nutritiion take a lot of time... However, when I'm at home I love spending time with my friends - like everyone.

WHY DID YOU START BODYBUILDING?

I have always been an athletic kid and realized quite early that physical strength brought advantages against opponents. My parents gave me a set of dumbbells for my 12th birthday - that started the whole thing. My passion was always to be the best and has brought me far in life. I have been an All-American Wrestler and All-State Football-Player. I wanted to get a sports-scholarship and visit university. This dream was scattered when I had a cruciate ligament rupture. I was devastated. Through bodybuilding.com I learned about the "Men's Physique"-class. As I was in a good shape since I have been training for six years, I decided to put even more effort into bodybuilding and specialize in it.

WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS IN SPORTS?

Two days after my 19th birthday I competed at the NPC Junior National Championships and won. Since this day I am IFBB-Pro. The youngest ever! I want to hit the big stages now. In September 2013 I attended the IFBB Olympia Weekend and finished in 11th position, which is not bad. I'll return next year - bigger and stronger!

JEFFS WORKOUT SPLIT

Besides bodybuilding I do HIIT-cardio on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Cardio is important to me to stay shredded. I also do super-sets, which helps me to burn more calories.
