WHY AND WHEN DID YOU START BODYBUILDING?

While still at school, my mom bought me a series of PT sessions and then when I moved to London and didn’t know anyone, so the gym was something to do! I got hooked quickly and started going to the gym regularly, watching other people, asking questions, learning and trying out different ways of training for myself. Just found I loved it and it gave me a focus in my life which I had not had before.

I was also training as a tennis coach and made my living from this until I discovered other people wanted to know about my training philosophy and methods. I was spotted in my local gym and got sponsored early on by a supplements company that took me to BodyPower in the UK. Everything took off from there. I found what worked for me and I then found I was motivated by other people wanting to do the same, and then seeing their results and how lives could be changed through fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

HOW DOES YOUR WORKOUT-PLAN LOOK LIKE? AND WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?

I am a big fan of mixing things up and bringing in new exercises into my routine but this is a split I have introduced into my recent cutting phase.

WHAT SUPPS DO YOU TAKE ON A DAILY BASIS?

For Bulking

POST WORKOUT SHAKE

  • 1 scoop of whey protein with water.
  • Creatine (for short periods of time – not all through my bulk)

PRE- AND POST-WORKOUT

  • BCAAs 30 minutes before workout and the same right after workout or if using powder I take as a drink during workout.

LATE NIGHT SNACK BEFORE BED

  • 1 scoop of chocolate (or other flavour) casein with water 

 

For Cutting
