ACTIVITIES BESIDE SPORTS

As I'm not a pure bikini athlete, but more a mix of Fashion Model & Fitness Model, I have much stuff to do. I'm always busy and on travel for example for photoshootings. That takes much time, especially If I count the sport. On autumn 2014 I started learning in the university. ;-)

HOW DID YOU START WITH YOUR TRAININGS?

I was very unsatisfied with my body. Naturally my body has not many female curves and is petite and that bothered me. Since childhood I was very sporty; ballet, riding, gymnastics, athletics and dancing. Later I participated in martial arts and I was always ambitious.With 20 years I worked out for participating at a half-marathon. On the treadmill I runned many kilometers. As I discovered all the other fitness equipments, I was very motivated and now I'm more interested into "Fitness and Bodybuilding", not because I want to show my skills to everyone, but because I realized, that I am able to form my body as I wish.

WHAT DOES A HEALTHY NUTRITION MEAN TO YOU?

Healthy Nutrition means to me, that you have a balanced nutrition in which you don't have a deficient. I have a good knowledge about this topic which contains nutrition and diets, because I worked together with ShapeYOU in educational purpose for 3 years. Videos were planned in which I had to speak about my knowledge and my experiences to motivate the other people. I know how the body works and how to trick it.

WHICH SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU TAKE?

Iso Whey Zero – by the brand BioTech USA. In my opinion it is one of the best proteins which are buyable. Off course it depends on your preferred tastes which protein is the best choice for your body. On training days I take 2-4 shakes per day - it varies.

Favorite Taste: Vanilla ;-)

Casein Protein – is taken 1x in the night before sleeping by me. Casein is a longtime protein and ideal for muscle regeneration while sleeping. For that I choosed the brand BioTech USA: BioTech USA Casein Fusion - because of the good price-performance ratio. Like before the taste depends on the person. I choose vanilla because it is neutral and easily mixable with other tastes.

BCAA’s – All Stars was my favorite for a long time: BCAA 4000. I used them for one year and it is like my personal holy grail. For more variation I use the brand BioTech at the moment, because I like to test other products: BioTech USA BCAA 3d. And again it is all up to you, what you want to use.

Pre Workout Booster – exactly THE Jeff Seid supplement: BioTech USA Nitrox Therapy. I fell in love since FIBO. The price-performance ratio is great and the tasting is very good. You can feel the "pump" while training which supports the strength gaining.

Omega 3 – I suggest BioTech Omega 3. It is a very good product and the price-performance ratio is, as the ones before, good! Unfortunately most peope don't note this while buying stuff, although Omega 3 is a very important supplement, specially for diets.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?:

I'm inspired by other female fitness models, which I follow on facebook or instagram. The most motivation I get by looking into the mirror and seeing my successes. One does see, if the stuff one is doing is correct or not and that pushes to continue.

WHAT ARE YOUR AIMS FOR THE (NEAR) FUTURE?

I always set myself low aims which I want to achieve. What will be in ten years I can't tell for sure, I only can tell to everyone, to set low aims, to work constantly on them and not to give up!

HOW DO YOU SEE THOSE, WHO SAY THAT BODYBUILDING AND MUCLETRAINING ARE ONLY FOR MEN?

I think that these sentences are wrong, which are believed for a long time. We live in a time in which people start to make sport, so it is easier to convince them the opposite, that bodybuilding is with the ability to form the body not only for men, but for women, too. Specially if you are unsatisfied with your body, bodybuilding is a good method for solution - you know, we women always find something unsatisfying. ;-)

WHAT ARE YOUR MISSION STATEMENTS FOR A SPORTY BODY?

  1. Feeling young is something that decreases every day.
  2. Who wants something, finds ways and methods. Who doesn't want, finds reasons.
  3. Sometimes exercise is a pain in the ass… but it sure gives you a nice one!
