#IRONLOVE describes the feeling to get closer to your goal – every rep. Step by step! It’s not about being better, stronger or faster than anyone else. It’s just about “being better than you were yesterday!” The goal is to get better every day. Progress is our motivation!

#IRONLOVE Workout

The basis of Ironlove is a typical Push/Pull/Leg Split. The advantage is that you split your whole weekly Workout in only 3 days. That way it´s possible to train each muscles twice a week within 6 training days.

It’s important to change the split about every 12 weeks. So you make sure your body never gets used to the workout! That´s the reason why Jeff and Felix show you now this 3-Day split after they have done a 5-Day Split in “Shreeded Club”.

Furthermore your training keeps variation and never gets boring.

The Ironlove Workout:

Push-DAY:

On the Push-Day (as the name suggests) all exercises with pushing movements will be done. That means: chest, shoulders and triceps.

Pull-Day:

Here we train all exercises with pulling movements. That means: back (latissimus, trapeze, rear shoulders) and biceps.

Leg-Day:

The LEGendary day of the week: This is where the wheat is separated from the chaff! This day decides if you can become a champion or not! Can you suffer the pain of a hard leg-workout again and again?! Give 110 % every workout!
