The training series "All in" is simple... Day One we tackle legs, often the most neglected body part but vital in creating a well proportioned physique. Day Two is chest, shoulders and triceps, hitting all our tshirt filling muscles with lot of heavy push movements. Finally Day Three is back and biceps, hitting the large muscles of the back from all angles, after all people often say competitions are won from the back!

For experienced lifters repeat the three days again before having a rest day, for slightly less trained individuals rest after each three day rotation.
