  • Underhand pulldown – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
  • Seated Cable Rows – 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Bent Over Barbell Rows – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
  • One-arm dumbbell rows – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
  • Back extensions: 3 sets of 20-30 reps (bodyweight)
  • Deadlifts: 2 sets of 20-30 reps
